Yeah I understand completely where you're coming from.

We're definitely in the period of Mergers & Acquisitions.
WAF is another really good one in this space and I believe will eventually get a takeover bid.

I was in VEC last year and wrote good things about it but management seem to be dragging the chain a bit so I got out near the start of this year..
VEC does has a big, very high grade resource, although I was a little concerned why Ashanti (I think it was) sold the project after spending so much on drilling and getting equipment there..?

My thoughts were that maybe the locals and illegal artisanal miners were giving them a bit of grief and not wanting to stop illegalling mining on Ashanti's lease??

From memory JB holds 50 mil shares and was his biggest holding out of all of the companies he was in so I guess maybe he is also waiting for a T/O?


LYC should do really well, probably a bit of a pull back today and Monday but after the mid-terms are all sorted, it should be off again.


Gold went up about $20 last night so will probably see a rise in some Goldies today.
