Perth and WA is misunderstood. You should visit sometime it has stunning beaches down south, and wild open spaces and deserts up North. Very big and isolated compared to Vic and NSW . The whole place lives and breathes mining. Mining doing well we all roll in money and build mega mansions, mining slows we crash. Property is crap cheap here at moment.
Not sure how the fracking lift will play out BRU should move and a couple of small co which I will watch.
Good luck with property. I am renovating a huge beach shack at moment and will move into when another sold. Everybody needs a shack.
