AVZ - capital raising is finally done. New shares have been allocated. Huayou took up enough to avoid dilution (maintained their 9.3% interest) and new cornerstone investor Lithium Plus who now have 3.46%. Shareholders have their SPP shares, not sure about the placement shares. Green today despite shares issued at 3.8c.
