Gold continuing to new highs.
DCN and RRL both rebounded very strongly from the initial sell down on open this morning.
I believe DCN has a lot more MC growth potential than RRL but going by the speed of the bounce on RRL, I would say the market currently views RRL as the better of the 2.
An easy way to find the "strongest" stocks in a sector especially on a day like this is by comparing which stocks rebounded the strongest and/or even went up today.
DCN - Daily Chart
Today DCN rebounded back strongly to move quickly back to yesterday's price after a small sell down on open.
Volume is continuing to fade suggesting the next leg up in the Bull-Flag pattern may be coming soon.
RRL - Daily Chart
After a tiny sell down on open RRL has continued it run up with a nice sized bullish candle.
Currently just touched the 200MA and may consolidate here before pushing through the 200MA.
RRL seems to have considerable momentum behind it given that its share price is going up on a day like this.
IMO this suggests there is more to come and one of the strongest Gold stocks.
