Environmental Clean Tech is a coal and iron-making technology company. Market cap is $52.8m. They've been working toward a major agreement with their Indian partners for a few years now and it finally looked as if the agreement would be signed off by all parties late last year. They did get signoff from one party in mid November but signoff from the other was delayed. It was then expected in early Jan and now they are expecting it by the end of Jan which should be a catalyst for a SP move.

It's currently trading at around 1c which has been a recent support level and seems to be a good entry for a trade.
