Following up with your issue, I just realized why your tip was overlooked.
Every Sunday midnight I scan two threads, the most recent weekend and weekly threads.
Your tip was posted while I was running the scans, and was not picked up as the scan has already gone past that particular point of the thread by the time you submitted it. As you can see, your other tip submitted 8 minutes before the midnight was picked up (that tip), but this one.
When I ran the scans next Sunday (last night), it was scanning only two latest threads, and your tip was in the third.
No excuses for CC though, will extend the scanning horizon to fix this kind of issues.
