ICN, definitely one I've had in the ECG junior bag, especially down at support 2.7c.

Think it's in the early stages of rounding bottom, and like CTP (see chart shape) may take as long to get back other side.
GLL was another in similar position I pointed out good buying 6c area.

My 2 main plays were CTP and COE, but would throw a couple juniors like this into mix for the story next few years.
