They give the impression that the Chile Nueva (new) Esperanza project will be their main focus going forward..... They pick the easy countries . Calling it 'New Esperanza' might be being a bit optimistic too.... but that's another story, it's all about hopes and dreams isn't it.

Chile is getting better, but they are still not overly keen on foreign investment with their minerals.
