Hi lambrae. I agree. My current dilemma is that I think 3 months is a perfect time frame but it would probably be a twice yearly competition starting from July 1 and Jan 2 as the EOY and EOFY are the 2 times a year that people really look ahead. Maybe it will end up being a quarterly thing. Dunno. Just trying to be organised for this one and then we can work out future ones after that.
