Got a cc i have never used (anz) hit me with ann fee which created balance then 3 monthly late fees, sent me a statement via phone after 3 months to 'alert me' to situation, I paid it.
About 2 months ago right in middle of RC, emailed reply concerning 25 yr relationship 2 housing loans blah blah blah but had an edge to it, garage was pissed, they had done nothing wrong by the book but behaviour atrocious and there was a vague argument concerning mode of notification on my behalf.
Within 48 hours all charges and ann fee reversed and apologies from 3 levels of anz management. ah the power of a RC.
only small amount but principle, god knows how much they have rorted from me over the years.
