sorry didnt mean for this to be a reply but cant work out new hotcopper.
Question to anyone:
if a company is receiving takeover offers (hso) and the offer is 'off-market takeover offer (“TakeoverOffer”) representing total value of $2.455 per share, and a simultaneous scheme of arrangement(“Scheme of Arrangement”) representing total value of $2.585 per share (together, the"Brookfield Proposal")'
as a shareholder do i get the takeover total value amount or the simultaneous scheme of arrangement amount? do i get 2.455 or 2.585? i know which one i would prefer.
cheers.
