    Seems the board of BGS (Lithium hopeful in Mali) resigned last night after intervention by shareholders unsure of what the underlying reason was maybe low share price or low cash. BGS still in Halt. Second time BGS has had major mgmt problems in as many years. Expect some volatility on reopen
