Profitable (pe < 20), sales in growth phase, production ramping up, Costs as % unit of rev decreasing, director on market, IP portfolio valid @ protected.tax offsets for next 3 years will further impact bottom line.

Reminds me a bit of CLV, completely different market but company, customer and distribution structure similiar if not as mature.
