ANSWER:
Finally the project is close to commercialisation. We remember visiting the site with previous management and while it was promising back then, it was fairly small and needed the right conditions and management to get it done. It’s in the right area and project metrics look attractive (in fact could be a good little money spinner). It might possibly be bought out by Tronox but that’s not what is attractive here, it’s the possibility of very healthy cashflows. Current prices does look attractive but it all depends whether they can hit their forecast targets and how closely will the numbers be to modelling. No doubt the first year is always the toughest but one of the better small miners in the making.
