NST is a longterm holder with 20%, perhaps as diversification play given VXR is now predominately a Copper play in WA......VXR has almost everything in place now barring the finance and are in serious negotiations with a few providers as we speak....there last 2 Ann's pretty much spells it all out as to where they are atm......still a few cheap seats left
