S3R - Shell looking for Tech Acquisitions and has been for a while "doing Due dill on a few", Low cash in last qtrly $374k, and New recent substantial holder registered in St Lucia - Tax haven?. Some of the more infamous twitterarti pump and dumpers starting tout it on bird... So smells rather fishy ... Some pips profit avail here but exit before the pro pump dumpers scalp the uninitiated. and don't be left without a chair when music stops !!
