I understand that you are using the TSI which is the raw data from the US department of Transportation. The latest data appears to be September 2018 and the DJIA peaked on the 2nd. October. We all know what happened to the DJIA subsequently. If you have data for the TSI from the period of September to December you could provide the link, so we can see that your argument makes sense.
