Is the beginning price commencing in the New Year too, that is, from where the price rise begins, or the price from when the tip was posted?

What about a 'prize' for the tip with the least rise? I only ask because I'm sure Sector's shoulders are big enough to carry that donkey he's chosen that is masquerading as a unicorn .
