The lack of information would ABSOLUTLEY BREACH ASX rules IF it was in any way beneficial to VMT as far as whether or not it would increase/ decrease expected earning by 10%

No news = nothing to suggest more than a 10% increase in guidance

Sad but true, companies never delay positive news, good chance all these contracts are worth nothing, now they are openly discussing 2 more manufacturing facilities, why would they need VMT for anything?

They are phasing out VMT products, distribution channel has nothing other than Soco products to distribute, ie; worthless to VMT alone, read "firesale" the moment Soco announce going it alone.

Soco could potentially pickup VMT assets in a firesale, Charles likely to oversee the whole thing then be the beneficiary of some sort of a sweetheart equity deal to have a hand in running the business.

If it played like that they could potentially pick up VMT assets $10-15m cheaper than if they had to buy them now, Charles would only need to be given enough equity to take care of the $1.1 million he'd drop in his current holding value, ie; sell us out and be granted $5m equity?

Who could stop it from happening?
