It is a bit (Bit???) confusing. The company though has never been great with market announcements but the content of the video is obviously market sensitive. Hyper sensitive!!
Re the 'concerns' you mentioned though....I guess Vmoto's leverage rests on 2 points.
1. The quality of the contracts between Vmoto and SS.
2. The financing preferences for upcoming expansions.
Re financing, SS appears to be OK with leasing and the importance of accessing chinese manufacturing and supply chain was mentioned again by Charles, so maybe they will lease buildings in Europe and SEA and/or convert warehousing space into factory, etc, etc.
But in any case Vmoto owns the current factory and has the European headquarters so that is something. Then again, I have no idea.
But the lack of comms is baffling and surely is in breach of ASX guidelines.
