Really not a good look that the Chairman, the one appointed to bring credibility to a shady history of murky behind closed door Chinese dealings did not actually know about this at all, actually beggars belief, can he just fire the entire board and start again?Tell you what if I was in Phill's position I would be straight on the phone with one question, "give me one good reason not to sack you now and throw you under a bus for potentially breaking ASX listing rules?"

Tongue firmly in cheek, and I apologize to Mods as I know that is coming close to the boundaries, I will respect your judgement if you decide it is too close for comfort, I do however believe it's a clear and resourced "suggestion" as to the credibility of Charle's Chen IF they do not clarify and apologize for the oversight OR confirm no significant benefit from the relationship referred to in the above video.
