The research you have done on GSE is most flawed.
Firstly the resource upgrade is from the joint venture with CYU not QMN. The announcement on 4/11 indicated the upgrade is "imminent". It has not been released.
Secondly GSE raised $650 000 on 7/9. For a minnow this was significant as this raising was not at a discount, that is, GSE was trading at 1c at the time of the CR.
In my opinion there is significant upside to GSE. LIke your postings on CBS you are again incorrect
