Short term speculations with shorter's in mind for TFC, page-95

What an absolute disaster. My biggest holding. I have also lost the cost basis with the name change resulting in 30 mins on the phone to etrade. Couldn't believe I have bought into this company 7 times since 2011. Now on top of everything I have to work out the cost basis again. The stupid name change perhaps speaks volumes for the lack of business acumen of this company. The company response and lack of decisive action is a worry.
