Well not really. Its only an analysts report. So the company if they wish can do nothing. Surely if a very bullish report came out would we be calling for a "detailed response to very serious prospects".
Analysts can say what they want and make assumptions. In their disclosure statement they say they are biased and short and obviously want the stock to go to $0. THey back up their assumptions with research. Whether the research is correct or not I do not know. We as investors can also do research if we want to find out the facts.

Holding, not too concerned with the day to day price gyrations.
