    Ok, what you are saying is partly true, no one knows the future for certainty. However the survival rate is the most important in the first few years, specifically the first year. Their first plantings had a bad survival rate, with changes to how they plant, water soil conditions etc they are getting above 90% first year.

    Losses from subsequent years are relatively minor compared to the first year, so barring a significant natural events they have every right to expect an above 80% survival rate.

    Also based on their better knowledge and their IP they are getting more heart wood per tree.

    Finally remember that their customer base is large, very large. As they state, their crops out to 2021 are pre-sold.

    This isn't an investment scheme any more, its an agro business with an in demand product.

    Sell if you want to but I am not and may grab some more if that pack of c*nts tries again tomorrow.
