Just so that you know that my interest in small SP movements is trivial, I restate that I do not have a meaningful interest in short-term price movements, because I am not a trader. Also, I have no intention to buy more TGA as an investor (I have too many already). However, as an amusement, I like to guess how the SP moves in the short term.
I was aware that orders are often filled at less than the specified buy price. It is just that the consistency of the rounding to .2c seemed strange. Why no rounding to .1c, .3c and .4c? Concerning today, the table below shows many small transactions at 58.2c. The top line shows a reversal to an SP of 58c. About 15 minutes later there was a reasonable large transaction at 58.2c again – 12:26:28PM, $0.582, 8,072 shares. I do not know what to make of the frequency of 80-unit transactions, which I have highlighted via blue font.
On the Class Action, a court hearing was scheduled for tomorrow, but Maurice Blacburn had an option to slip the matter if it needed more time to. 1. The court order of 27/07/2018 reads, in part, as follows:
1. The applicant file and serve an application and affidavit in relation to all discovery issues by 27 July 2018.
2. The respondent file and serve any evidence in reply by 6 August 2018.
3. The application in order 1 be listed for hearing on 9 August 2018 at 10.15 am.
4. The applicant serve a draft amended statement of claim by 13 September 2018.
5. The proceedings be listed for a case management hearing on 20 September 2018 at 9.30 am.
6. The proceedings be tentatively fixed for hearing for 2 weeks commencing 17 June 2019.
