The following is an extract from the Director's Report under short term incentives:-
"Using the above targets (those set by the remuneration committee) will ensure rewards are only available when value has been created for shareholders and when results are consistent with the business plan"
As our investment is probably down around 90% I wonder where the value is for the shareholders?
Does this warrant the high salaries and bonuses for the directors?
Vote AGAINST the director emoluments at the AGM!
