Hopefully it was just an error, otherwise it simply confirms that the directors of this company are on another planet, and should be immediately replaced.
And even if this is an error, then it's still plain sloppy, and makes one wonder what other business errors they are making by not paying attention to very important details.
It's currently not a good look for the company, and very poor form, but if it's deliberate, then it's gross incompetence at best, but it then could/should go further, with an investigation into the company's directors who approved the shares, and what the relationships are between the approving directors and the person or persons who are receiving 1% of our company for nothing (at least, for nothing we have been told of).
And please count me in to the block, I'll be glad to form a retail shareholders group who vote and take other actions together.
