When I saw this announcement, I simply had to believe that this was based on the old share price (e.g. $0.10 being $2.00 in today's share price). If they've screwed up the conversion, and they simply must have, then the number of shares this effects will be consolidated as well e.g. this will not represent 1% of shares on issue and I for one will be delighted if this gets above the consolidated $0.10 (e.g. $2.00) considering this has been trading at $0.075ish in the old scale.
I sense this little run E88 is having might continue... funds are buying up, management quality is increasing... who knows they might even increase sales or break even in a country or two at some point? Wouldn't that be nice..
