This is very convoluted - you have been clearly bottling things up for a while, so it's good to get it all out. I must say I am a bit flattered that you have spent so much time on my posts....I was beginning to think that you might not have been thinking about them.

I'll do my best to answer your questions, and apologies to others as I am sure it will bore them, but there were so many that I will try to summarise for you. I should preface this by pointing out that as a general principle you should probably try to read at least one book on Corporate Finance and Stock Valuation. I know that you aren't much of a one for all this reading & "book-learning" stuff, but trust me, it will pay off in later life even if it means missing a few episodes of Game of Thrones or CSI.

Yes, I think its valuation is around $45, down from about $48-$50 before the 4% downgrade. That's a 6%-10% lowering of my valuation.

Numbers can be pesky, but $41 is about 9.75 % below $45, not 20%. ( Increasing $41 by 9.75% = $45)

Numbers again! : $45 is 6.25% lower than $48, not 20%.

The share price ultimately dropped 23% - from about $44 to $34 - which is 3.68 x 6.25%, so it was a huge over reaction in my view, and puts it ( to me) around 32% undervalued.
I arrive at $45 as the output from my personal valuation model....I am happy to talk about that but it's too big a subject to respond to on this post. I have tried previously to explain some of these concepts to you, but I'm not sure you get it.

I don't recall valuing it at $60.
