Nor are those thoughts simply my own, pondered the funding of the watermelons for some time, also who might "win" from this persistent economic vandalism, the black side of the Chinese RE industry, speculators that made fortunes from the last major disruption, clearly the most logical fit IMO.

Little known but the Chinese State actually sanctioned high level tech support for LAMP at various stages. CNRE built a 3ktpa pilot several years ago, fitted with what sounded awfully like LAMP enviro controls, now that's expanded to a 9600tpa under construction that sounds very much like a first module. China had never done anything much over 4ktpa previously, obviously interested to see how 25ktpa might work.
