imho short selling is far harder to make a profit from then going long and higher risk, you'll need to study and practice the process for months if not years before trying with real capital. Even then it takes a very strict trading plan,capital management and technical anaylsis/skills to short successfully.
Even then only look to short large cap plus stocks, and/or look at inverse ETFs with extremely high liquidity. And always hedge any short with a corresponding option trade..

Agree with most of this, except shorting large cap stocks. What's the point they barely move? It's not worth covering your position after 3-4 weeks lmao. The money is in Penny Stocks. So is the risk! Trade accordingly
