imo a takeover is very possible at these ridiculous prices.
but like i said, abs is going to have to deliver in FY09 for a significant price re-rating, and not just talk the talk.
it has clearly been oversold, but there are other excellent companies out there that have also been extremely oversold for no reason - such as bnb, cgf - both trading on about 7x FY08 earnings.
