    All is fair in love and war...

    And the market it seems...what transpired, whilst not savoury, was not illegal.

    Problem is, the whol eprocess was propigated on a likely illegal act.

    Who told the funds of Eddies margin position..something akin to delving into person bank details?

    Therein lies the root of all evil in this case.
