Malta: “Please note these are not my figures or opinions but the analysts (which by the way do not cover CST) who I have spoken to and this is the information that they would give to someone who enquires about CST”
An analyst who is not covering a company will spend how much time on some detailed serious in-depth analysis?
It is called ‘on the back of an envelope’ analysis and that is worth how much ?
Malta: “It has little broker interest as we all know”
Why do you think CST is not covered by brokers ?
Let me tell you why. In the bulk of small cap companies (unlike XJO companies) brokers will only cover a company if they get some paid corporate work from the company such as capital raising etc. How much have you seen CST do in that line of work lately ?
As far as I can see, you have to go all the way back to 2004 to find CST offering any serious corporate broker work with a payable commission attached. That was when a non-mainstream broken raised $11Mil (@ $2.40) via a placement to institutions and sophisticated investors. It was snapped up as was the $4Mil SPP, where CST holders were scaled back and only got 34.5% of what they requested due to a huge oversubscription.
Also, unlike the many ‘on the brink companies’, have you seen CST buy any air-time for a pretend interview on Boardroom Radio ?
No, because CST do not see the need to ramp the stock.
The growth numbers will tell the story and the sp will take care of itself.
Malta: “to give him his dues he actually called Cellestis, he said at that time it wouldn't make a profit!”
Why don’t you call this nameless phantom fund manager once again and ask if his CST profit outlook is still on track ?
Pathetic.
PS. What is the real Malta agenda ?
