I posted on this site a few months ago about my concerns with this stock and was advised by a poster to check out the management. I now know what he was talking about, absolute crook, if ASIC do not investigate this guy they should be open to prosecution for failing to comply with their corporate responsibilities. Just how do these guys continually get away with raping these companies assets thru the disguise of Directors fees?
