    That's correct, they have no debt at fund level and no debt that can be recourse to CIF.

    So long as the assets perform the debt doesn't look too excessive IMO, particularly for growth assets. The next re-finance is Aug 2012, by which stage much could have happened (good or bad) in the debt markets.

    Ex-dvd 7c today I believe.
