    I go with confidence for only one reason.

    Having opportunity to attend few mining shows and speaking with Mark about Tawana's future, my impression is that he has great knowledge but salesmanship would be his biggest weakness and I am very pleased he is not a kind of talking up "Tweeter Man" as seen with other mining executives.
