In reality (not only in A40/Burwill situation) I view this as a normal and common understanding of situation between both parties willing to work together.
Were in your opinion our SP would be if an announcement will say that A40 cancel our agreement but we are very lucky to have 20M for lawyers bills.
There will be no shipments until new offtaker is found and we doing huge CR to get funds to keep BH going.
What chance would we have to sign good agreement with new parties?
Both companies found themselves in hard lithium times and signing new deal satisfying both parties was IMO a great outcome.
