With 60% gearing using margin lenders the geared dividend yield (when including franking credits) is around 50%.
Yesterday the dividend yield including franking credit was over 20%. Very high divvy yield stocks often run hard into ex-dividend date (this one is ex divvy on Monday 28/8).
