shells exploration budget

I just can not find it in my notes anywhere but I beleived that due to Shells concern over their dwindling oil reserves (espescially in Nigera) the exploration budget had been increases to some increadable numbers in the billions.
Anybody have any figures on the exploration budget for Shell at thier finger tips?
Arrow would be a cheap punt for them at 3.3bil.
