    Hi Buddy,

I am only facing the difficult reality. I was confident I would be holding AOE shares at around $12 - $15 or so in 2012/2113 and maybe even geting a modest dividend. The cards have landed differently.

I have heard Stephen Bizzell a year ago talking of the same value into the same time frame. Conclusion - I don't know.

Things have changed significantly over the past week or so and future funding issues begin to cast a significant shadow over our future development activities.

There have been a lot of posts also talking because the Directors got many of their shares at the penny level they must be happy selling now $5 or so and then moving on. I don't understand that rationale at all. What basis would they be happy selling at these levels when they have a company they grew and know has the potential to grow significantly more over the next two or three years. Future funding issues they are aware of - maybe ?

They have done the growing and they are happy to leave the reaping and the subsequent reaping to a far bigger set of hands ? Who really knows.

All I know is the reality of the thing that all the big players in AOE look like they are satisfied with the deal and their numbers are overwhelming when compared to the likes of many of us here.

I would love management to come out with a clear and transparent report explaining their rationale instead of leaving us smaller shareholders merely to be pulled along in the wake of the big players.

In the case of future overwhelming obstacles that we are not aware of in bring AOE to the next stage, I personally know of half a dozen holders who will very relunctantly vote to take the money now.

    Regards

    Mont
