qgc got sold down to $1 intraday when a computer glitch caused a several hundred point drop in the index- that was sometime in 07 ( before real crisis hit but may have been a sign ) - takeover in oct 08 - i see i sold some at 4.7 in sept, 4.35 in aug, 4.45 in feb 08. $2.93 oct 07

pes- i know i sold too many at $1 odd in about sept 08 (even after i had noticed the aoe director resigned ), as they looked so weak - thank goodness i bought some back at $1.5 in oct, though at the time i surmised it was just some of that hot qgc (via bg ) money looking for a home! before that they had run to about $3 i sold some then in june 08.
