Smart advice Favre!

In residential property terms, all we have here is an interested buyer who has made a low ball offer.

It'll be weeks before a final price is agreed and months before settlement.

But let's face it, it's hard not to get emotional at present because it represents the commncement of a scenario which many of us have held for some time (that is, a takeover). It's good just to know our strategy was correct...just that the price is well and truly out of whack.

Happy to hold...and happy to state that a good bottle of Shiraz may well disappear later tonight!
