We've had wood heaters, white ants and water tanks. Sheds is a natural.

My shed is 12m x 12m ground floor with a mezzanine floor 4m x 9m. It came with the property and is about 20 years old. A bit ragged around the bottom of the sheets but nothing that can't be fixed and I love it.
It's divided into machinery and workshop, 50/50.
3 x 3m wide roller doors[2 powered for the 2 cars] with 3 bays 4m x 6m each.
The 6m x 12m workshop is separated by a stud wall with 1 single and 1 double door. Stairs go up to the upper level from here.
I bought good quality racking and a work bench. There's a sink plumbed in[toilet and shower].
It's only me and i'm already thinking about getting another big rack because I have so much 'stuff'.
If you're planning to build a shed, when it's all worked out add another 50% of pure space because you will need it, eventually.
PS Upstairs is empty apart from last years Xmas tree!
