I just got off the phone with SEI's Office clerk who works at Speciality Metal's principle place of business and this is what I found out from her.

Question (Me): "The ann wording change from "Binding heads of Agreement" (20th Dec, 2017) was changed to "Proposed purchase Update". I don't know about business lingo so is there any difference, has something changed?"

Answer(Office clerk): Its just a rewording of the ann, there's no significant change. Both sentences have the same meaning.





Nothing has changed, they are ultimately just ironing out any problems that might be an issue.

I will be contacted sometime today or Monday by the Managing director. But from what I have been told, other investors have been calling with the same concerns.

I hope this eases some concerns and stops the downrampers, but it probably won't haha.
