Link registry is where to find out who is selling/buying .
Unfortunately, it is not a simple task to get info from them . I have done it before but I had to make a written request, then go to their office and then found out that I was not actually given a list but had to type in names of known holders and then it would display what they owned at that point . Not impossible but an annoying system .
