The last substantial holder notice was from ING increasing.
A few months prior to that we have had 3 reduction to under 5% notices . Therefore since January there are 3 big holders that have clobered the stock with their remaining stock (less than 15% of total scrip)
Since the start of January we have had volumes traded of approximately 420 million shares or 37% of total scrip (a proportion of this is from trade churn and other sellers/buyers) .

I am going to go out on a limb and suggest that amongst that 37% of traded scrip a huge majority will have been the 3 large sellers completing their exits . Whilst they do not have to inform the market when they have completed the exit the volumes traded in relation to their pre January holdings suggest that they are almost finished of stock to sell .
