I'm just reading between the lines but that's the feeling I get from read the judgements.
Problem we have as shareholders is being the last in the cue ...... i'm not thinking they will sell it for much with a spot price of $55 a ton (if at all) so there wouldn't be much left for us after the creditors get paid.
But who knows, maybe the receivers will work a deal with the creditors to give them more time at which point the commodity price might rally and we get a juicy bid, one can only hope for both our sakes otherwise just a big capital loss coming up for us poor old shareholders!
