Who exactly is paying for it dude?
The Australian tax payers are paying for the majority of it. Doubt they want a 52% mixed concentrate, I certainly dont.
JFMAG have not paid for the off take yet and I seriously doubt they will. To date 100% of NTU Chinese funding deals have fallen through.
